Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for managing in-house customer service representatives and technical experts in Portland, Or and Birmingham, AL to ensure customers receive the highest level of service and order accuracy.


Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Manufacturing/mechanical or hydraulics experience required
  • Periodic Travel to Birmingham, AL

Customer Service Representative

Our CSRs establish a working relationship with customers by communicating via email or telephone. They process all quotes and orders, receive, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding quality, shipments, products and complaints.  They Input phone/fax orders and relative data into the computer using Microsoft AX.


Requirements Include:

  • Two years Customer Service Representative Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Manufacturing/mechanical or hydraulics experience required

Electrical Technician

This position interprets blueprints, bills of materials, hydraulic & wiring diagrams, test specifications, service bulletins, and customer requirements to build product sub-assemblies or final assemblies. Additionally, this position assists engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures.


Duties include:

  • Testing electrical systems
  • Component assembly and electrical wiring
  • Proper use of precision measuring equipment
  • Fabrication
  • Maintenance of shop equipment


  • 2+ years of experience working in engineering, manufacturing, or production line work
  • Degree or certification in fluid power or engineering is preferred
  • Fluid power and electrical systems knowledge
  • Experience with hydraulic power unit assembly processes, including print interpretation
  • Familiarity with fabrication and production processes

Horizontal CNC Operator

Requirements Include:

Experience in:

  • Setup, Operation and management of a CNC machining cell and pallet pool.
  • Program and process prove-out on Horizontal and Vertical CNC milling machines.
  • Prototype machining and troubleshooting.
  • Tool life management and tool analysis.
  • Exceptionally organized with extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess math and computer skills.
  • Possess advanced machining and mechanical aptitude.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic work ethic.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
