Customer Service Representative
Our CSRs establish a working relationship with customers by communicating via email or telephone. They process all quotes and orders, receive, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding quality, shipments, products and complaints. They Input phone/fax orders and relative data into the computer using Microsoft AX.
- Two years Customer Service Representative Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Manufacturing/mechanical or hydraulics experience required
